Our Journey

Our journey began with a sincere heart, driven by a passion to improve emergency care in Indonesia. Over time, we’ve grown to become an accredited and trusted training center for life-saving skills. In a country as vast and diverse as Indonesia, enhancing emergency care is no easy task. Yet, we believe in making progress one hero at a time—empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge to save lives and create a safer future for all.

Milestone Achievements

  • 2014-2017: Our Pioneering Years

    1. Incorporated in the same year as the launch of Indonesia's Universal Health Coverage (BPJS) program.
    2. Became a licensed International Training Center of American Heart Association (AHA) and launched our Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) training programs.
    3. Began supporting the first and only Joint Commission International (JCI) accredited hospital in Myanmar under Pun Hlaing Hospitals Group.
    4. Piloted a Nursing Bootcamp program with Siloam Hospitals Group designed for fresh graduates to expedite job-readiness and support job placement process.
    5. Launched our Heartsaver CPR AED and first aid training with Sekolah Pelita Harapan (SPH) International Schools for their teaching staff.
    6. Conducted Heartsaver CPR AED and first aid training with EastWest Physiotherapy Clinic for their therapists.
    7. Issued our first CME credits (SKP) accredited by Ikatan Dokter Indonesia (IDI) doctors' association and Persatuan Perawat Nasional Indonesia (PPNI) nursing association.
    8. Delivered Comprehensive Emergency Nursing Training with our first provincial health office partner, Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Belitung in Sumatra in light of their efforts to raise standard of care being situated in one of the 10 priority tourism destinations in Indonesia.
    9. Partnered with Medtronic Diabetes to drive adoption of continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) and insulin therapy through learning sessions with endocrinologists, general practitioners and nurses.
    10. Signed and initiated our training partnership with Himpunan Perawat Critical Care Indonesia (HIPERCCI) critical care nursing association through our AHA train-the-trainer program.
    11. Rolled out a hybrid-based cath lab nurse training program for cath lab operator SMU Healthcare with in-hospital internship placements at RSCM National Teaching Hospital, Jakarta Heart Center (JHC) and EMC Pulomas (formerly known as Omni Pulomas) cardiac cath labs designed to accelerate nursing staff's time to job-readiness.
    12. Nursing competency exam prep pilot program with Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH) Faculty of Nursing partnership as part of our investment in the next generation.
  • 2018-2019: Increasing Standardization of Care

    1. Training partnership with Boston Scientific and GE for our cath lab nursing program.
    2. Conducted AHA BLS and ACLS training for RSK Dharmais National Cancer Center in support of their hospital accreditation process.
    3. Conducted AHA BLS and ACLS training for RS Universitas Indonesia medical and nursing staff in support of their pre-opening preparations.
    4. AHA BLS and PALS training for RSPAD Gatot Subroto Army Hospital doctors and nurses.
    5. Conducted AHA BLS, ACLS and PALS training for RSJPD Harapan Kita National Heart Center.
    6. Conducted AHA ACLS training for Fatmawati General Hospital, a national referral for orthopedics.
  • 2020-2024: Post-Pandemic Restructuring

    1. Became one of the first privately-held government-accredited training institutions.
    2. Relocated to our new Training Center in Central Jakarta.
    3. Successfully reaccredited and became an issuer of CME credits (SKP) for all registered health professionals by the Ministry of Health of Indonesia.

Experienced for 3 years in emergency and critical care services for neonates, children, adults, and the elderly.

A medical doctor and genetics lecturer who is very keen on helping sick people, both preventive, through education, and curative ,as a general practitioner.
