Please carefully read all of Summit Healthcare's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before you use the Summit Healthcare Site. By further using the Summit Healthcare Site, you are deemed to have read, understood, comprehended, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Summit Healthcare Site Terms and Conditions of Use(“Terms & Conditions”) constitute a legal and binding agreement between User and Summit Healthcare. If User does not agree to any of the provisions as written in this Terms & Conditions, User is allowed to immediately stop accessing the Summit Healthcare Site.

We reserve the right to update or supplement these Terms & Conditions from time to time and such updates or supplements shall become an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. User is responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms & Conditions. By using Summit Healthcare Site after the enactment of any updates or supplements to the Terms & Conditions, User is deemed to agree to such updates or additions to the Terms & Conditions and such Terms & Conditions shall automatically be binding upon User.

A. Definitions

“Summit Healthcare” atau “Us” is Summit Healthcare Pte. Ltd. a company incorporated under and subject to the laws of the Republic of Singapore, having its registered office at 20A Tanjong Pagar Road, Singapore 088443, which is the holding company of PT Citra Medika Indonesia, a limited liability company incorporated under and subject to the laws of Indonesia, having its registered office at Jalan Sungai Gerong Number 7, Kebon Melati, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta 10230 which is engaged in the business of providing training and non-formal education to health workers in Indonesia.
“Summit Healthcare Site” is www.summithealthcare.co.id managed by Summit Healthcare.
“User” or“You” is the party using the Summit Healthcare Site.
“Partners” means third parties with whom Summit Healthcare collaborates for the delivery of the Services.
“Services” consists of the programs and partnerships offered by Summit Healthcare and/or its subsidiary on the Summit Healthcare Site.

B. General Provisions

1. Summit Healthcare website serves as a platform for User to register to use the Services or cooperate with Summit Healthcare. The Summit Healthcare Website will also be used for the collection of User data for the Summit Healthcare database which will be used for the benefit of the Summit Healthcare Website which is designed to be a means of communication and an information center of relevant Services for User who wish to improve their skills and knowledge in the field of healthcare.

2. The entire content contained on the Summit Healthcare Site, including all information, text, graphics, images, hyperlinks, and other materials, is intended only as a general description and information about the Services. Summit Healthcare does not, and will never, provide medical and health advice to User through the Summit Healthcare Site. User understands and acknowledges that Summit Healthcare is not a business that provides healthcare services and therefore Summit Healthcare shall not be liable for any materials or information on the Summit Healthcare Site taken by User as a substitute for medical, health, and/or personal safety advice.

3. User understands that Summit Healthcare may cooperate with Partners to provide some Services. This cooperation is formed based on professional needs and does not automatically create a superior and subordinate relationship between Summit Healthcare and Partners. Services may be provided online or offline, and Summit Healthcare complies with applicable standards and laws and regulations in providing such Services. If Partner does not comply with the standards and laws and regulations in providing the Services, Summit Healthcare shall not be liable for any acts, recklessness, negligence, and/or inadvertence caused by Partners.

4. Summit Healthcare may work with third parties to provide payment services related to registration for the Services. Summit Healthcare is not responsible for failures or problems with payment systems managed by such third parties. User also understands that the banking or payment service provider may charge User additional fees (if any) related to payment transactions for the Services.

5. The features and/or Services available on the Summit Healthcare Site may be updated or changed in accordance with the needs and development of the Summit Healthcare Site. Summit Healthcare reserves the right to make adjustments, enhancements, or modifications to the features and Services periodically to ensure quality and relevance to user needs. Any changes will be informed through our site and users are expected to keep their knowledge of such changes up to date.

C. Terms of Service

1. Registration and User Account

User who is interested in using the Service must first create an account on the Summit Healthcare Site which is accompanied by providing User's personal data information, including but not limited to: i) full name; ii) e-mail address; iii) mobile number; and iv) institution or organization represented (“Personal Data”). The Personal Data obtained will be collected, processed, stored, used, and shared by Summit Healthcare for the administration of the Service and for other purposes set forth in the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) which is an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and may be updated from time to time. The Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are valid and legally binding on Users.

User who registers an account on behalf of an institution or organization or any party other than the User themselves, has acknowledged and stated that the registration of the account has been carried out on the granting of valid authority and given by a representative of the institution or organization or other party.

User understands and agrees that by pressing the 'register' button when registering for an account or the 'login' button when accessing an account, User agrees to be legally bound by the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. This provision will continue to apply as an agreement in electronic form as long as the user accesses and uses the Summit Healthcare Site. Users are expected to read and understand these terms carefully before continuing to use the Summit Healthcare Site.

2. Registration for Services

Summit Healthcare provides the Services as well as opportunities to collaborate in the provision of the Services.

User who will register to participate in the Services available on the Summit Healthcare Site may fill out a form containing User's Personal Data as relevant. Such forms will be received and stored by Summit Healthcare for the continuity of the Services.

User hereby declares that the contents of the personal data in the form are true and can be accounted for. User also agrees that Summit Healthcare may use the form to process User's registration and to contact User in connection with the provision of the Services.

3. Payment

User who has successfully registered to participate in one of the Services programs will receive information regarding the acceptance of registration and payment will be made via bank transfer in accordance with the payment instructions which will then appear on the Summit Healthcare Site to be followed by the User further.

4. Inquiry

Summit Healthcare provides a form for Users who have inquiries to Summit Healthcare regarding the performance of the Services.

User hereby declares that the contents of the personal data in the form are true and can be accounted for. User also agrees that Summit Healthcare may use the form to process User's inquiries or needs as detailed in the form and to contact User further.

D. Intellectual Property Rights

Summit Healthcare owns the exclusive license rights to the “Summit Healthcare” name, icon, logo, materials, programs, and all features contained on the Summit Healthcare Site. All of these elements are part of the intellectual property protected by applicable laws and regulations. Unless otherwise specified, in accessing and using the Summit Healthcare Site, User shall comply with these Terms & Conditions. User is prohibited from using, copying, republishing, modifying, or displaying Summit Healthcare's names, icons, logos, materials, or trademarks without prior written permission.

User is also prohibited from infringing the intellectual property rights contained in the Summit Healthcare Site, including but not limited to, modifying, creating derivative works, adapting, copying, selling, reproducing, hacking, reselling, or exploiting the Summit Healthcare Site in any way. User acknowledges that they will only use the Summit Healthcare Sites for personal use and that this use is not transferable.

Summit Healthcare reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement by users of the intellectual property rights owned by Summit Healthcare Sites. We are committed to protecting and enforcing our rights in accordance with applicable law.

E. Links to Other Sites

Summit Healthcare Sites may contain links and access to other sites that are provided solely as a convenience to User and not as part of the Summit Healthcare Site. Summit Healthcare is not responsible for the content, contents, or any portion contained on such sites. User acknowledges and realizes that accessing such other websites is done at User's own risk.

F. Prohibited Usage

User may only use the Summit Healthcare Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. User agrees not to use the Summit Healthcare Site for:

i. In any way, violate any applicable local, national or international laws and regulations;

ii. To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm to individuals, including minors, in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, requesting personally identifiable information, or otherwise;

iii. Violate the intellectual property rights and/or privacy rights of third parties in any way;

iv. Send, receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions;

v. Distribute, or arrange for the delivery of, any advertising or promotional material, including “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “spam” or other similar solicitations;

vi. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Summit Healthcare or its affiliates, employees, other users, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using an email address or screen name associated with any of the foregoing);

In addition, you agree not to:

i. Use the Summit Healthcare Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the functionality of the site, or interfere with other users' experience in accessing and using the Summit Healthcare Site, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through the Summit Healthcare Site;

ii. Use any robot, spider, or other automated device, process, or means to access the Summit Healthcare Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Summit Healthcare Site;

iii. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any material on the Summit Healthcare Site, or for any other purpose not expressly permitted in these Terms & Conditions, without the express written consent of Summit Healthcare;

iv. Use any device, software, or procedure that interferes with the performance of the Summit Healthcare Site;

v. Insert viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful into the Summit Healthcare Site;

vi. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Summit Healthcare Site, the server on which the Summit Healthcare Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Summit Healthcare Site;

G. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Summit Healthcare is committed to providing useful services and content through the Summit Healthcare Site. However, we recognize that we cannot fully guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, suitability, quality, security, and convenience of this site. Summit Healthcare will make every effort to maintain the security and convenience of users using the Summit Healthcare Site, but we cannot guarantee that the Summit Healthcare Site will always be secure or free of bugs and viruses. We advise User to remain vigilant and take the necessary precautions to protect their devices when accessing the Summit Healthcare Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Healthcare shall not be liable to users or others for any loss or damage of any kind that may arise from the use of the Summit Healthcare Site. This includes, but is not limited to, losses due to computer viruses, loss of data, interruption of use, or any other losses, real or apparent, and arising directly or indirectly as a result of the use of the Summit Healthcare Site. If the law requires liability, the user agrees that our total liability for any claim arising from a breach of these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the amount the user paid Us to obtain the selected service.

H. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the territory of [Republic of Indonesia]. User agrees that any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be attempted to be resolved amicably within 90 (ninety) days of User giving formal notice to Summit Healthcare. If User accesses the Summit Healthcare Site from a jurisdiction outside [Republic of Indonesia], User acknowledges that they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for complying with the applicable laws of the territory from which they access the Summit Healthcare Site.

(“We” or “Us” or “Summit Healthcare”), is committed to respecting your Personal Data as a user of the Summit Healthcare Site - including participants of the Healthcare Professionals, Community First Responders, Instructor Development Program, Workforce Training, cooperative Training Site (“Services”), as well as visitors to the Summit Healthcare Site (“You” or “Users”).

Summit Healthcare understands how important your Personal Data is, and We are committed to respecting and protecting your Personal Data, which are information and/or data that identify you as an individual. This Privacy Policy describes how We obtain, collect, store, control, use, process, analyze, correct, update, display, publish, transfer, disclose, and protect the Personal Data that You provide to Us through the Summit Healthcare Site that We manage, as requested or when using the Summit Healthcare Site.
