We offer courses such as Heartsaver for anyone who wants to have the knowledge and skill to help save lives. And we can customize a training for your workplace and community depends on your needs. For Healthcare Professionals, we provide Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Trauma Cardiovascular Life Support (BTCLS), and Code Blue courses.

How long does each course take?

Course duration varies depending on the type of training. Basic courses may take a few hours, while more advanced courses could take one or two days.

Is the certification recognized nationally or internationally?

Yes, for healthcare professional courses you will received dual certification, nationally from Kemenkes RI and internationally from American Heart Association.

What is the maximum number of participants per class?

There is no maximum limit for participants, and we can adjust the session according to your needs. To ensure a more personalized experience, we maintain a maximum instructor-to-participant ratio of 1:9. However, there are different minimum participant limits depending on the type of training.

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

We provide all necessary training materials and equipment. But we do suggest you to bring pen if there's a written test. If you're a healthcare professionals, please bring a laptop for the access to Plataran Sehat in order to get Kemenkes RI eSertifikat. And wear comfortable clothing suitable for practicing emergency techniques.

How long is the certification valid?

American Heart Association (AHA) certification is valid for two years. After that, you’ll need to take a refresher course to renew it.

How do I renew my certification?

You can enroll in the courses again to renew it.

What happens if I miss a scheduled training session?

We handle rescheduling on a case-by-case basis if something happens and you need to reschedule the session. If it possible, please inform us at least 2 weeks in advance if you need to change your schedule.

Will I have to perform practical exercises?

Yes, hands-on practice is a critical part of emergency training to ensure you are confident in applying what you’ve learned.

Do I need to pass the exam to receive the certification?
